Welcome to the ZONA App

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZONA app, including features such as bottle service, ticket sales, guest lists, group chats, and the digital wallet with offers. By using ZONA, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

1. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information when creating your profile, booking services, and engaging with venues.

Respectful Behavior: You agree to act respectfully towards other users and venues. In group chats, users must maintain a positive and respectful tone. ZONA reserves the right to remove users who violate this rule or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Compliance with Venue Policies: When booking bottle service or attending events, you agree to adhere to the venue’s policies, including age requirements, dress codes, and behavior standards.

2. Bottle Service Terms

ZONA facilitates bottle service bookings through its app at participating venues, subject to the following:

  • Booking Process: When you book bottle service, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit (plus tax) at the time of booking. This deposit is collected by ZONA and applied toward your booking cost unless coordinated otherwise with particular venues.
  • Payment of Balance: The remaining balance for bottle service, including taxes, gratuity, and any additional charges, must be settled directly with the venue at the time of your visit.
  • Additional Costs: Mixers, additional bottles, or other items requested during your bottle service are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately at the venue.
  • Dress Code Compliance: You must adhere to the venue’s dress code. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or forfeiture of your booking. ZONA will not be held liable for such issues.
3. Ticket Sales and Processing Fees

Ticket Purchases: When purchasing tickets for events via the ZONA app, users will pay the ticket price plus any applicable processing fees. ZONA processes payments for ticket sales but is not responsible for event cancellations or changes.

4. Guest List Feature:

Guest List Requests: Users may request to be added to guest lists for participating venues. Venues may charge a fee for guest list access, and approval is at the venue’s discretion.

Guest List Etiquette: Users must respect the venue’s policies and comply with any requests regarding the guest list or entry. ZONA is not responsible for denied access if a venue rejects your guest list request.

5. Group Chats and Community Guidelines

Group Chat Usage: ZONA provides group chats where users can discuss events, venues, or other topics. By participating in group chats, you agree to:

  • Respectful Communication: Maintain a positive and respectful tone. Harassment, spam, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
  • ZONA’s Right to Remove Users: ZONA reserves the right to remove users from group chats who fail to comply with the community guidelines or engage in disruptive behavior.
6. Digital Wallet and Offers

Digital Wallet: ZONA provides a digital wallet feature where users can store and redeem offers like free drinks, bottle service credits, and referral rewards at participating venues. 

Offers and Rewards: Offers, including promotional codes or referral bonuses, are subject to availability and may change at any time. Rewards earned from referrals are non-transferable.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • The venue cancels an event.
  • The venue reaches full capacity and cannot accommodate your booking.

To request a refund, you must contact ZONA support within 24 hours of the issue and provide proof of the cancellation or capacity issue. Refunds may not be processed if the request is not made within 24 hours or without valid proof.

8. ZONA’s Liability

Limitation of Liability: ZONA is not responsible for issues arising during your experience at a venue, including disputes, payment discrepancies, injuries, or any other damages. ZONA acts as an intermediary between users and venues and is not liable for the quality or availability of the services provided by the venue.

9. Indemnification

By using ZONA, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZONA, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your actions, interactions with venues, or any third-party claims.

10. Amendments to Terms

ZONA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
