These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZONA mobile application (the "App") provided by ZONA App Corp ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You may be able to submit content, such as reviews or comments, through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• "crawling" or "scraping", whether manually or by automated means, or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders), to view, access or collect information, or using any part of the Services or Content to train a machine learning or AI model or otherwise ingesting ZONA Content into a machine learning or AI model;
• Transmit viruses or other harmful code through the App.
• Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
